Special GR (Leprosy) is provided to leprosy colony dwellers in the Districts of Bankura, Purba Burdwan, Paschim Burdwan, Hooghly, Paschim Medinipur, Jhargram and Purulia by this Department in a scale of 12 Kgs food grain (fine rice) per adult and half of the scale per minor.
